You often get to see nilgai in Velavadar's Blackbuck Sanctuary. But such close encounters are too pleasing. These are the ones from antelope family, which allows humans to get pretty close as well unlike blackbucks, chital, chinkara etc. This female nilgai in particular was having a her lunch peacefully. As soon as we passed by her she looked suddenly at us in a cautious gesture. But quite used to humans she went back to her food and we moved ahead after having few close up shots.
