I spent hours sitting on the ground watching Giraffe and zebra feeding, spending the time lost in my thoughts. The light was not great, clouds had rolled in and covered what would have been an amazing sunset. The congregation of animals move past me, I stood up and moved back towards my landrover which I had park some serval hundred meters away. A remaining Zebra, separated from the rest, started running to catch up. I quickly changed my setting to create a blur, the light was just perfect for this slower shutter speeds and the exposure was just right. The result is one of my favorite images for 2012.
