On Alert
This Eastern Cottontail Rabbit certainly knew I was there at this point. I had slowly walked up to get closer and for a while it ignored me and continued eating but when I bent down to get low it noticed my movement and allowed only a few photos before taking off. Taken outside my home in southern NJ.
