Otter waits for food at the fence

The New Forest Wildlife Park is home to several otters, which really are fascinating creatures. Playful, noisy, aggressive, they can interchange between all states in the blink of an eye. This little fella was waiting for the keepers to bring its food over, and opted for pining at the fence, like a small child at the school fence. I took a trip to Arcadia WMA in Easthampton, MA and spent an hour or so watching the Bluebirds come and go from their nesting boxes.
